Description
Small eateries buns, with a bright onion flavor and rich taste, something that reminded me of cottage cheese donuts. A great base for mini sandwiches or just a good snack. So I used dried onions, onion smell after eating is missing... the Dough was mixed on whey with a sweet soy sauce... if you use regular, add a little more sugar... help yourself, my dear!!!

Cooking
Knead the dough. It is convenient to use x/n. Lay the ingredients according to the instructions. First, in my h/p liquid ingredients.
Then all the rest, flour and yeast. An hour and a half on the program "the dough" should be approached well-flavored dough. But my x/p issued its last sound and died...
So I moved all the contents of the bucket from x/p to the mixing bowl and vymenila dough mixer for 10 minutes. Covered the bowl with a towel and leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Half an hour later the dough is well approached, increased in volume by 2 times. Follow test, you may need slightly less or slightly more time. I obmal the dough in the bowl. The dough resembles modeling clay of medium hardness, a little sticky, but well unstuck and I decided not to add more flour.
Lubricates the working surface, I have this silicone Mat, and your hands with olive oil. Transfer the dough on the Mat, roll the sausage.
Osipyan small pieces and roll in the hands of the balls. So I decided to bake little buns, the weight amounted to 40 g. I got 27 rolls.
Include warming up the oven to 180*. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the rolls on a baking sheet, leaving between them a distance of a few centimeters.
Since it's summer and warm, I did not cover the buns for proofing, and once greased the top of the bread mix olive oil and soy sauce.
Grind up in a mortar a mixture of French herbs. And sprinkled buns. Gave them a little more time time for.
And sent in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!!

Put the buns on the grill and allow to cool. Then cover with the cooled buns with a towel. And do not go anywhere...
... otherwise when I get back in a couple of hours, it turns out that under the towel are 2 lonely muffins, carefully left to parents... here they are...
