Cooking
Yeast dough begin to cook with the fact that the heated milk. It then breed dry yeast SAF-MOMENT. Add sugar, salt.
Add to the egg batter and the melted butter. Mix well. Add flour and knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place for 2 hours.
Dried pears pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then remove the sticks and pass the pears through a grinder. Twisted pear combine with walnuts. Add 1 tbsp of warm water and stir.
Roll the dough and cut glass circles.
On each circle put the filling.
Zasiyaet edge, lay seam side down. From the remnants of dough doing braids and decorate their biscuits.
Rolls put on a baking sheet. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, covered with a napkin. Put the pan in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake rolls for 30-45 minutes until Golden brown. Served slightly hot. Enjoy your tea!
