Cooking
Beat on low speed the room temperature butter with sugar.
While continuing to whisk, add the ricotta.
One by one enter the eggs and continue to beat.
Enter the sifted with the baking powder and the flour. Mix well.
Add the chocolate chips. Stir.
Put the dough in the prepared form (diameter 20 cm), then flatten and place in preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
The finished cake to cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack. The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
