Muffins yogurt with gummy candy

Description

Very quick and easy to prepare muffins with a little surprise inside. And even if the marmalade will leak out that will not ruin the taste, but on the contrary. In any case be very tasty.

Ingredients

Flour

200 г
Brown sugar

90 г
Leavening agent

1 ч. л.
Salt

1 щепот.
Yogurt

150 мл
Chicken egg

1 шт
Vegetable oil

50 мл
Candy

6 шт
Oat flakes

2 ст. л.

Cooking

Yogurt mixed with eggs and vegetable oil

In another container mix the flour, sugar (80g), baking powder and salt

Mix both parts (long knead not necessary). In the muffin (muffin) put 1 tbsp of dough, paste, candy, and the top close also 1 tbsp of dough.

Sprinkle each muffin with a pinch of flakes and sugar. Bake at 190 C for about 20-25 minutes.

I baked a double batch, I have to say that they taste better in a hot (warm) when the marmalade is still wet ( but cold they are fine). Also delicious when melted inside the marmalade still POPs out.
