Description
Summer cupcake with curd and fresh currants. In the baking process black currant gives its color to the cheese and creates a beautiful pattern. The dough was crumbly and just melts in your mouth. Serve cold.

Cooking
Combine butter with egg yolks and sugar (I have a TM Mistral)

Add black currants and mix

Remaining dough covered cupcake. Bake at 180*C for 40 min.
