Christmas cupcakes
Spicy carrot cupcakes with walnuts and raisins really go well with a light filling of pineapple puree, and a delicate cap of cream cheese combined with coconut flakes will add a bit of charm. Notes of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg will leave a pleasant aftertaste. The cooling time of cupcakes and mashed potatoes is not considered.

For the cupcakes you will need: flour, sugar unrefined cane Demerara from Mistral, baking powder, salt, eggs, vegetable oil, raisins, walnuts, grated carrot, mixed herbs. The oven to preheat to 175 degrees. Raisins pour boiling water.
