Brazilian cupcake with walnuts and cinnamon
Tender chocolate cupcake, hazelnut and cinnamon - a nice addition.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Yogurt

  • Hazelnuts

  • Cinnamon

  • Vegetable oil

  • Leavening agent

  • Cocoa powder

For this recipe I used cinnamon firm HAAS.

Beat eggs with sugar until white.

Add yogurt and vegetable oil, mix well.

Add the cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder.

Add the flour, mix well.

Put the dough in the baking dish. If the form is not silicone - grease. Bake at 180 for 30-35 minutes. Decorate cupcake as desired. I decorated with icing - in a saucepan put 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tsp cocoa, 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp sour cream. Mix, boil and slightly cook.
