Muffins with zucchini, bacon and onion
Tender muffins with a moist and porous crumb, interspersed with fried bacon are good for Breakfast, and for lunch, and just snack.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    100 г

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Leavening agent

    1/5 ч. л.

Finely chop the onion and bacon and fry them until Golden brown.

Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, zucchini grate on a coarse grater and squeeze well. Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Combine all the ingredients and add to sauteed onion and bacon.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the dough in molds and bake 20 minutes, until Browning.
