Description
I, like many cooks, do not ever pour the brine from beneath cucumbers, tomatoes. I bake bread with it, and use in marinades and baked muffins. This time I baked a cherry and without eggs.
Ingredients

Vegetable oil

Bird cherry flour
50 мл

2 ст. л.
Cooking
To connect the brine with soda, sugar and vegetable oil
Add both types of flour, mix
Add the berries and mix (long knead not necessary). Instead of berries you can add nuts or ground chocolate
Sort molds 2/3 full and bake at 190C for about 25 min.
Cool slightly and cover with melted chocolate or just sprinkle with powdered sugar, and you can never decorate)) Bon appetit
