Simple to prepare buns with a taste and aroma!!! The addition of beet juice will give a beautiful hue to the finished product. Try!

  • Ryazhenka

Prepare the products.

In a Cup pour the yeast, add the 1st. l. sugar and 5 tbsp of warm water. Stir. Leave for 10 minutes.

Raw beets wash, peel and grate on a fine grater. Using gauze and gloves to squeeze the juice. We will need 5 tbsp of beet juice.

Whisk egg yolks with sugar (100 gr.).

In a Cup pour fermented baked milk, add salt, softened margarine, egg yolks, sugar, beet juice and yeast mixture. Stir. Add the sifted flour.

Knead the dough. Cover with a Cup towel. Put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Put cranberries into blender. Add the remaining sugar. Grind. Add starch. Stir.
