Cooking
The dough is kneaded into HP. In a bowl, pour warm milk, add salt, sugar, egg and melted butter.

Prepare the cream. Coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp water. Soft butter, beat with sugar. The cream I was cooking until it was dough.
Add the coffee, egg and flour, whisk well and refrigerate.
Divide the prepared dough into 10 parts. I got 10 rolls of 60 grams. Roll each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet covered with paper. On top of the rolls, put 1 teaspoon of cream.
Bake in a preheated 180 g oven for about 30 minutes. During this time the cream will drain forming a thin black crust. The remnants of the cream will flow down the pan, forming a delicious fragrant bisquitik. It can be separated from the rolls and slowly eat)))
