Rolls flakes
Delicious, spongy buns like all my home. Hot cross buns are very tasty with milk. The next day rolls I made sandwiches with cheese, vegetables and herbs. Good rolls and with the first dish instead of bread.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    350 мл

Mistral flakes "7 cereals".

In a bowl crumbled yeast. Put sugar in.

Poured the yogurt, added the flour.

Stir, cover, and put it in a warm place.

After 30 minutes, poured the remaining flour, cereal ( dry ), salt, vanillin, broke the eggs and poured the oil. Well mixed and again removed to rise in a warm place.

After 40 minutes the dough is well risen. In a bowl, poured the cereal and flax seeds for boning bread rolls. The risen dough is not kneaded, and gently pinch off, roll in cereal and flax seeds with no pressure giving a round shape.

Buns laid out on a parchment paper covered baking sheet and put bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes ( or 180 - 25 ).

Cereals and seeds is well kept on the rolls, although I have not been oiled.
