Banana mash with a fork or blender. From the pumpkins to make puree. For this pumpkin should cook or bake in the oven and beat with a blender.
Mix banana, pumpkin puree, egg whites, vegetable oil, vanilla and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Knead homogeneous dough.
Lightly grind the nuts to large pieces. Usually I do it by hand or in a mortar. Add them to the dough.
The dough is put in greased with vegetable oil form.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
