Walnut-chocolate cupcake
Delicate cake with walnuts and cocoa.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Honey

    4 ст. л.

  • Yogurt

    1 стак.

  • Margarine

    200 г

  • Semolina

    1 стак.

  • Flour

    2 стак.

  • Walnuts

    1 стак.

  • Salt

  • Soda slaked vinegar

  • Cocoa powder

RUB the yolks with the sugar, add the yogurt, softened margarine, flour, semolina. Mix everything carefully. Proteins vzbit in a cool foam, add to the dough.

Divide the dough into two parts, one add cocoa.

To another part add crushed nuts. In each dough, add soda, slaked vinegar.

Form grease with oil, sprinkle semolina, pour half of the batter with the nuts.

From top to pour half of the batter with cocoa.

On top of the remains of the dough with nuts, and again with cocoa. On 40 minutes put in the oven for baking. The finished cake sprinkle with cocoa "Nesquik"
