Cupcake yeast
Tasty cupcake with walnuts and chocolate-strawberry jam (which I've already submitted). Only somehow I got it bad rose. Or the yeast was old or bad flour. But still ate, since, in principle, it was delicious.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Raisins

  • Jam

In warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and a little flour.

And now as usual, the mode of two layers. One coat of jam, and you put the berries, sprinkle with nuts, cover with second Korzh. Grease the top again with the syrup from the jam, sprinkle with nuts and sugar powder. Let it soak up for a while.
