Cranberries and candied fruits soaked in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes. Drain cranberries and candied fruit, and strain the broth through a sieve - do not empty!!!
Cereal grind. In a bowl, pour 250 ml of warm water, add cranberries and candied fruits, strained broth, add sugar and yeast, mix well. Pour the sifted flour, salt, and ground oats, mix well, cover and leave in a warm place for an hour.
Add to the dough vegetable oil, stir and bake in the preheated pan before each pancake, lightly grease the pan.
Baked on the fire is slightly above average, with the two sides, in a frying pan with a small diameter.
Pancakes to stack in a pile. Serve barely warm or cold.
Sour cream mixed with orange marmalade to taste. If pancakes for the adults - add a splash of orange liqueur or Limoncello or brandy).
Serve pancakes with sauce.
