Buns Chelsea with honey
Buns named after a London bakery, whose owner was known as Captain Bread. Wonderful, cozy pastries. In the recipe I added some dried apricots and it turned out great acid fruit balance the honey sweetness of the rolls.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Mix 160 ml flour, yeast, icing sugar. Add the warm milk. Stir, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
