Description
Buns named after a London bakery, whose owner was known as Captain Bread. Wonderful, cozy pastries. In the recipe I added some dried apricots and it turned out great acid fruit balance the honey sweetness of the rolls.

Cooking
Mix 160 ml flour, yeast, icing sugar. Add the warm milk. Stir, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Remaining flour to grind into crumbs with butter, add salt, egg and mix with yeast mixture.
Knead the dough on the table, cover with a damp towel and leave in the Cup for an hour and a half.
Dried apricots and raisins pour boiling water (or strong tea) for half an hour. Drain the water, large berries cut. The oil for the toppings to melt.
Preheat the oven. Roll the dough into a rectangle, grease with oil, put the dried fruit, sprinkle with brown sugar. Roll into a loaf.
Slice the roll into pieces.
