Ingredients

  • Flour

1. Prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast in 60 ml warm milk and 1 tsp sugar. Leave in a warm place until the "cap".

2. Make the dough. Heated the remaining milk. Add the yeast mixture, egg, salt and sifted flour. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Add vegetable oil, stir again.

3. Close the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1-1. 5 hours. During this time the dough should rise. Every time the risen dough, mix with a whisk (2-3 times).

4. Bake pancakes on a dry pan over medium heat until Golden brown on both sides. Cooked pancake grease with butter and fold stack.

5. Prepare the stuffing. Shred the cabbage. Peel the carrot and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Preheat a frying pan fry the onions in vegetable oil. Then in the pan with the onions add the carrots, cabbage, tomatoes and a half Cup of water with tomato paste.
