Cooking
Prepare the products.
Raisin wash water. Put in a Cup and pour hot water. Leave for 10 minutes.
Boil until tender in lightly salted water 1 bag of millet. I use millet, TM "Mistral".
In a deep Cup put cooked millet (hot). Add margarine, sugar (3 tbsp) and salt.
In a Cup add dry yeast and 1 tbsp sugar. Add the warm milk. Stir. Subject to the appearance of a foam "cap".
Add yeast mixture in a Cup with cereals and margarine.
Steamed raisins are dry, put them into a Cup and add a little flour. Stir.
In a deep bowl of millet-yeast mass add the sifted flour, raisins and vanilla.
Knead the dough. Cover with a Cup towel. Leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
After 1 hour the dough is ready.
Prepare the topping for the muffins. Grind into crumbs margarine, sugar and flour.
On working surface, divide the dough into 12-13 pieces. Shape.
Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment. With a knife draw the figure.
Lubricated with warm milk.
Sprinkle with prepared topping. Leave for 15-20 minutes to rise, covered with a towel.
Put the pan in the preheated oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let cool slightly and serve rolls.
