Scones with Apple-rice stuffing
Today I want to offer you a recipe of yeast rolls stuffed with apples and rice are much loved in my family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Flour

    2,5 стак.

  • Vegetable oil

    50 мл

  • Yeast

    1 ч. л.

  • Milk

    1 стак.

  • Sugar

    2,5 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Apple

    1 шт

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Figure

    0,5 пакет.

  • Water

    1 ч. л.

  • Yolk egg

    1 шт

Cooking

Pre-cook the rice in a bag from TM Mistral cools down. Mix flour, sugar and yeast.

Pour vegetable oil and stir.

Add salt and egg.

Pour the warm milk and knead the dough. Leave the warm to go for 1 hour.

Apple peel and then cut into pieces. Add to it the sugar and boiled rice. Stir.

Pour into a saucepan and add water. Simmer until soft apples. Cool stuffing.

Roll out the dough and cut into squares or rectangles. On two opposite corners cut. Put the filling in the middle. Form a bun.

Spread on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
