Description
Tender muffins with a real winter taste of chocolate, cinnamon, hints of orange and pepper. A smile from the name of the wine of the same name, brought a few years ago from Noumea in a fit of nostalgia (too sweet to drink, and to impregnate the baking fit). The recipe was born on a beautiful frosty Sunny morning, and the idea of him drawn on the Cook. ru. This is my first recipe on the Cook and the first muffins baked in vegetable oil. Very worried that will feel the taste of vegetable oil, but no one tried never aware of his presence, all unanimously claimed that the dough is very delicate.

1) Turn the oven on 200 degrees (I have electric heating at the top and bottom). 2) Grease the cookie cutters (metal) with butter, lay them in the dough: first chocolate, on top of it - poppy. 3) Bake 10 minutes at 200 degrees, reduce temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 7-8 minutes. To check the match readiness, turn off the oven, leaving it in muffins for another 5 minutes.
