Berry muffins for buckwheat flakes
Today first discovered as a product, buckwheat flakes. And to use them in sweet pastries, it's tempting experiment. The result pleased me very much, for Breakfast we ate flavorful, tender inside and crispy on the outside muffins. Slightly damp the structure coupled with the acidity of juicy berries, it's delicious.

Add the berry. I had a black currant with sugar. I think you can use any berry (red currant, cranberry, cherry). Little stir.
