Cooking
The oil is triturated with flour and sugar into crumbs. Add the egg.
Knead a smooth soft dough. Make it in ball form and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
So, prepare the filling. Pumpkin peel, cut into strips. Melt the butter in a pan and put there the pumpkin and raisins. Add the sugar and cinnamon.
Our stuffing simmer for 15 minutes. Cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 2 different parts. The bigger one, roll out and spread on the bottom of the form.
On the dough spread the filling. Flatten. Roll out smaller piece of dough, cover the pie and then hold the edge. Excess dough is cut off. Bake for 30 minutes.
Take out the cake, cool and serve. Bon appetit!
