Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar (whisk), add the cooled melted butter and whisk.
Add yogurt and 100 ml of coffee. Again, whisk everything well.
Flour, instant coffee, ground almonds and baking powder and mix well.
Add to egg-oil mixture, gently stir with a spatula. Fill tins (sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs to avoid sticking of the buns) dough, put in a pre heated oven 180*C for 20-30 minutes, depends on oven.
The cupcakes turn out very tender and flavorful such that it is impossible to resist))
