My parents and friends gathered on Saturday, lots and lots of blackberries. My mom wants to make jam, and I decided to bake a cake. Very delicate flavor, the dough is perfectly combined with berries.

Vanilla essence

Cooking
1. To combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
2. Soft butter and 2/3 Cup. sugar beat with a mixer on medium speed 3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla, whisk until smooth.
3. 3 admission to add to the butter the flour and the buttermilk to end with flour and mix on very low speed or with spatula, do not overdo it.
4. Shape (l=22 cm) greased with oil, cover with paper and grease again with butter, pour the dough, flatten on top and press lightly with a BlackBerry. Sprinkle 1.5 tbsp of sugar.
5. Bake at 200C for 30 minutes.
