So, the first stage - make shortcrust pastry. For this mix the flour, sugar, softened butter and water. The dough should be soft. I stirred with a spoon. More flour is added is not necessary, and should be put in the fridge for half an hour. Then the dough will harden, and it will be easier to work with.

While the dough is in the fridge let's prepare the filling. To do this, pour boiling water over our limes, grind them in a blender with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then add in the crushed lime eggs and mascarpone. Then add whipped cream to this and mix well.
