Yeast pancakes with full sun - is a specialty of Russian cuisine. As pripek use fish, meat, ham, vegetables. In my family one of my favorite fillings is filling with green onion and egg. I baked pancakes with a surplus of green onions and eggs, but yogurt. I decided to try yeast.

Cooking
In half of the warm milk dissolve the yeast, pinch sugar, flour and put to rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Two separate eggs into whites and yolks. Whip the egg yolks with the remaining milk and vegetable oil and salt. In the risen dough add the egg-milk mixture, mix and let him go 1 more time within the hour.
Green onions wash, dry and finely chop. The remaining 2 eggs boil hard boiled, cool and grate. Mix with chopped green onions.
Beat the whites to a froth.
Stir in the beaten egg whites into the batter coming up.
The pan for baking pancakes to reheat, brush with a small amount of vegetable oil, pour a portion of dough (3/4 of a ladle), from top to distribute 1,5 - 2 tbsp of filling. Cook about 1 minute, flip and cook 30-40 C on the second side.
Serve hot with sour cream.
