Lean, delicious pastries from yeast carrot-poppy seed test. Like everyone who doesn't even like carrots because the dough takes on a unique flavor and color. And folding each bun in the shape of a flower, allows the stuffing to be distributed not all in one place, and evenly across the rolls.

Cooking
Boiled carrots grind in a blender, add water.
Add the yeast and poppy seeds, salt, sugar.
Knead flour dough and leave for 1.5 - 2 hours, a little longer than usual dough, but worth it.
Roll out and distribute the jam length.
Spread at a distance from each other. I got 2 family. One in a round pan with a diameter of 30 cm.
Another in a rectangular 20 cm by 15cm.
Proofing for 1 hour, bake at 210* 30 min.
