Very tasty rolls with unusual fillings!!!

Chocolate milk

Bake pancakes.
Soak raisins in cognac.
From orange squeeze juice.
Zest cut into strips and combine with juice and sugar. Simmer over low heat until syrup consistency.
Then add the raisins along with brandy, cook until the disappearance of the smell of alcohol. Then add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
For the sauce: melt the chocolate in a water bath, add cream and stir.
The filling is spread on the pancakes and wrap and top with the sauce. You can decorate with a sprig of mint.
