Cooking
Eggs mixed with yogurt, add cornstarch, vanilla and flour. Pour a glass of boiling water, stir and allow to cool a little.
Add the yeast. I have tried a lot fast. Stir and allow to stand for 15 minutes test. Then add oil, stir.
Bake on a hot pan on both sides. The dough is liquid, pour a little to just cover the pan.
That's how many holes it turns out!
A total of 10 pancakes. They are soft, tender, with crispy edges. Can be served with sour cream, with condensed milk, any jam or wrap some stuffing.
