So Carnival has come! Cheese all week we will have pancakes, nothing can be done - tradition! I will help the pancakes and cook them in milk or cream, and water. Of course, they are not quite empty, there's a little muffin, but still they are pretty light. Very tasty, soft, Lacy pancakes turn out, the recipe is very good. Serve them with jam, honey, sour cream. Stuffed with cheese, meat or eggs. With The Carnival!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

  • Sour cream

    3 ст. л.

  • Butter

    2 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Water

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

In another saucepan, whisk the egg with sour cream, sugar and salt, pour melted butter.

Combine water with yeast SAF-Moment and the egg-sour cream mixture and mix up well.

Leave for 40 minutes in a warm place to rise.
