Pea pancakes with liver and rice
Pancakes from a pea flour will delight you with its rich taste.

Ingredients

Milk (300 ml.) to reheat, add to a bowl of instant dry yeast "SAF-moment", to add sugar to taste. Bowl cover with a cloth and put to dissolve yeast.

Toppings: onions cut into small cubes. In a pan, add vegetable oil (2 tbsp). Sauté onions over low heat until light Golden brown.

Liver boil in salted water, then mince.

In the pan with the onions passerovannym add missing through a meat grinder liver, add 50 grams. butter, add salt to taste and black pepper

Rice (2 tbsp) boil in salted water, add to pan with onions passerovannym and passed through a meat grinder liver.
