Striped cake with jam and sesame seeds
The cake turns out crumbly, with a gentle acidity of jam, and cooked very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Flour

The oven to turn on to heat up to 180C. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add chopped soft butter and beat again.

Sesame ignited on a dry pan for about 3-4 minutes, until light Golden brown. Add to batter, mix well.

Gradually add half of the flour with the baking powder, continuing to whisk the batter, add half of drinking yogurt, then the flour and the remains of the yoghurt.

The resulting viscous batter is tender transfer to a baking dish. Knife to scoop jam and penetrate them on the test, and to do so around the cake lots of little stripes. I have thick blackcurrant jam.
