Cooking
In milk, the egg, potseluem, sift flour and beat with a whisk or blender until smooth. Mixed oil.
Bake pancakes on a dry pan (before the first pancake the pan can be lubricated with oil).
Peel the carrots, cut slices and boil for 20 minutes after boiling.
Remove with a slotted spoon and carrots in the same water, place the washed apricots. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Apricots and carrots grind in a blender with a pinch of cinnamon. To have the process go easier, you can add in the bowl of a blender with a little water.
Pancakes smear the resulting puree, collapsible triangles. Decorate with the mint and icing sugar.
