Vegetable oil mixed with egg and milk.
Add sugar, pumpkin puree, spices, salt and baking powder. Puree took ready-made baby food. It is special because it is quite liquid. For cooking your mashed potatoes, you should boil small pieces of pumpkin until soft and blend with a small amount of water to obtain a not too thick consistency.
At the end is added the flour, mixed all not very long, but thoroughly, leaving no dry flour, and then sent in the microwave for 2 minutes. Can be mixed in a separate vessel all the dry ingredients and then add to liquid.
As seen in the photo, I make a cupcake in the tureen volume of 700 ml. Typically, these cupcakes are prepared in cups twice as smaller volume, so the cooking time my cupcake is increased exactly twice. The amounts of the ingredients just right for my double portion. During cooking, the cake rises well above the upper border of the Cup and then slightly falls. This is due to the particular flour. You can put not one but two teaspoons of baking powder, then drops off quite a bit.
Further, if desired, you can prepare the frosting. To this melted butter in hot milk.
Then add the sugar and cocoa powder.
Ready cupcake you can pour chocolate glaze and sprinkle of dried cranberries.
