Description
Delicate bright green spring rolls stuffed with chicken. If you wanted pancakes in the summer, spice up a familiar recipe-use when mixing pancake dough fresh, flavorful, seasonal herbs. These pancakes are delicious by themselves, you can also stuff the crepes with minced chicken breast, pancakes will be even more appetizing.

Products for pancake dough:
Greens good wash, dry it (use only the leaves, no stems). In high capacity grind immersion blender greens with water (~150 ml. - of mineral, carbonated). Products for chicken mince:
The pancakes will be filled!!! raw minced chicken. Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until light, Golden brown, cool. Chicken fillet rinse well, air dry. Prepare the stuffing with the grinder (use when chopping, grating with small holes). Minced chicken mix with the cooled onions, salt, pepper, pour the milk (pour and add 3-4 tbsp just "gone" 150 ml milk) Minced meat for the filling should be watery.
Mix the egg with the remaining milk (50 ml.). On half of the pancake put 1 tbsp of chicken stuffing, spread across half of the pancake, cover with the second half, the top has a bit of meat a thin layer, fold the pancake.
Prepared pancake corners dip it in the egg and milk, fry in oil on slow heat on both sides.
