Necessary ingredients for pancakes, ammonium't hit the frame, so I decided to add after the first baked pancake.
Grind oat bran with a little milk.
Pour in the crushed bran milk and add the sugar.
Gradually add flour, starch, and vegetable oil, knead the dough consistency of liquid sour cream.
What we need for filling our pancakes. The ginger syrup I made for myself.
Pour the syrup in a pan and bring to a boil.
Put in syrup diced pumpkin and caramelize the stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes.
Spread the filling on the pancake and enjoy a lean, but tasty dessert.
