Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar until white.
Add the yogurt and softened margarine.
Pour the baking soda and baking powder.
The baking powder I used this company.
Add the flour.
Add cranberries and coconut and mix.
Put the dough in a greased form. Bake at 180C, for 30-40 minutes. The finished cake to cool and decorate with icing.
