Description
Today grandpa brought small bananas, but they froze and I decided to bake them muffins. Never used in baking bananas, but it was excellent. A witness to the empty pan! The dough recipe was taken from my recipe for "cinnamon Rolls and orange zest".

Cooking
Prepare the dough as in the recipe "cinnamon Rolls and orange zest".
Roll out and cut circles, put the top ring banana (banana pre-dripping with lemon juice, not to dark) and sprinkle with sugar.
Forming the buns, give them to the proofing 20 min., cover it with a towel, grease with a yolk.
Put it into the preheated oven for about 25 mins And voila! Very soft tasty and fragrant!
