Description
The recipe for this bread was taken by me with labels dry yeast SAF-LEVURE. Replacing yeast to leaven and adjusting the amount of food in half, I baked a wonderful fragrant bread which is very suitable for tea. Of course, it is possible to eat well, but due to the raisins and orange flavor leaves a sweet bread, compare bread, so to tea at the time.

Cooking
Measured, sifting, required quantity of wheat and rye flour and mix.
Prepare the sourdough and other products. The starter may use his or cooked in my own way that I described in the recipe for "Kefir starter" here http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/967 24/
Honey will dissolve in warm water.
To the flour add yeast, orange zest, salt and honey water. A little mix of everything.
Add raisins and again mix.
Now let's put the egg, lemon juice and milk. Give everything a good stir.
Add pieces of butter, stirring thoroughly until fully blend oil.
Knead the dough until smooth, spread on Desk, covered with flour. Collect the dough to the center and rounding of the formed loaf.
Put in shape, greased and sprinkled, if necessary, cornmeal. Then remove the package, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for proofing for 2-2.5 hours.
Coming up the dough put into the oven. Top, if you wish, you can lubricate the hot water. Baked our bread for about 1 hour at 200-220°C. After baking, the bread allow to cool completely, wrapped in a towel.
Serve and enjoy a delicious raisin bread with a light orange aroma.
