Chinese pancake with eggs and ham
One of the recipes of the book "the Chinese kitchen". Authors: Lin Cohen and Lin Chung. Good start to the day!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sunflower oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Mushrooms

  • Ham

    100 г

  • Parsley

Cut into small cubes ham and mushrooms (canned, cooked, etc.). Add the chopped parsley. Mix everything. The stuffing is ready.

Six eggs lightly beat with salt.

On a heated skillet add the vegetable oil and put 2 tablespoons of egg dough. When the eggs are partially thickens, spread on one half of the pancake toppings.

Fold the pancake in half, sealing the ham mixture. Lightly press edges with a fork or spatula. Remove from the pans.
