Love the variety of cupcakes here and decided to share a favorite recipe. Cupcakes work, literally melting in your mouth.

Cooking
Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and zest.
In another bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Pour the egg-sour cream mixture to the flour with the sugar. Stir until smooth and add the raisins.
Spread the dough on the molds.
Bake muffins in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
