Recipes thin pancakes very much, I'll post my, it's not the pancakes that are called "lace", I really like it, when the damn soft on one side and fried on the other.

Soft cheese

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the egg yolks, a little butter. Pour hot milk (not boiling). Add flour and sugar and whisk. Bake pancakes, fried on both sides (the second bit).
The filling can be any. Last time I made minced boiled breast of chicken, fried onions, mayonnaise and grated cheese. Fry already wrapped pancakes. Bon appetit!
