Prepare your ingredients.
Eggs will beat into a soft mousse intensively with sugar.
Further to the Creamed mixture add the vegetable oil and sparkling mineral water. Again beat into a soft mousse. Parts then add flour mixed with baking powder. Add the cranberries.
Chocolate cut with a knife into small pieces of arbitrary shape and add to the mixture of other ingredients. Also add pre-crushed to powder your favorite herbs and spices. Good mix. The dough is ready! On all about all no more than 10 minutes!!! The dough will be quite liquid. Like liquid sour cream. But not to worry! All will be baked!
The dough, again mix well to the chocolate and cranberries were all over the ground, poured into molds, filling them three quarters or a little more... And sent for baking in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. I have an electric oven. Be guided by your oven!!! You may need a little less time.
The finished cupcakes cool and spread for filing. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or grated grated chocolate. Enjoy your tea!!!
