Chocolate-beet cake
Seeing this combination for a cupcake: chocolate and beets - I decided to try and very pleased. Beets will give a slight tint to the cake and extra juiciness. I suggest to You to try! Similar recipe here on the website is not found.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

  • Instant coffee

  • Chicken egg

  • Powdered sugar

    0,5 ч. л.

Chocolate (I had vanilla) and butter to melt on low heat. Add strong brewed coffee (I used 1 tsp per 40 ml of water). Remove from the heat.

To the cooled mass, add the egg yolks and mash with boiled beets (I shredded in a blender). Mix well.

Add the flour with the baking powder. Mix well.

Whip whites with powdered sugar until soft peaks form and carefully enter our beetroot and chocolate mixture. Form for baking grease oil, sprinkle a little flour. Send the dough in. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes (the time depends on the size and shape of the oven)

The main thing is not to overdo the cupcake to the inside of it was wet. Take out the cake, give a bit to cool down and help themselves!
