Didn't think of this set of products would have such delicious cupcakes. That somewhere happened between a muffin and a granola bar.

Oat flakes

Sour cream

Cooking
Nuts clean and grind a bit.
Raisins wash and dry it.
Pear clean, cut into half cubes, and the other half three on a grater. Pour the lemon juice.
Mix oats, sugar, baking powder, salt. Stir.
Add the egg, sour cream and nutmeg. Stir.
Add the raisins, nuts and flour. Stir.
Add the pear and gently stir.
Arrange in molds. Bake in the oven at 180* for 35 minutes.
Let cool and serve with tea. Enjoy your tea!
