Lenten cake with vegetables
Crumbly cupcake with a filling of carrots, beans and soy sauce bright orange color and a slight aroma of paprika and Basil will delight in a cloudy day and a variety of fast table

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    50 мл

    50 мл

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0,5 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Paprika sweet

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Basil

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    100 мл

  • Flour

    225 г

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Beans

    3 ст. л.

  • Flax seeds

    2 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Tomato juice mixed with salt and soda. Pour mineral water

In flour, add paprika and Basil and sift

Beat butter in a blender and add to the mixture of juice and water

Carrots cut into small cubes and mix with the beans and soy sauce

Stir liquid mixture with stuffing, gradually vsypaya flour. Put in greased with vegetable oil form.
