Description
Very tasty pancakes, easy to flip, turn delicate. The idea was originally different, but circumstances prevented her to embody. Expose as option prescription.

Cooking
Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add the cocoa, hydrated soda, milk and mix. Gradually add the flour and mix to state "pancakes" :) Add olive oil (or other vegetable), mix well.
I don't have a special pan for pancakes, but mine turned out pretty good. Before the first pancake, I smeared it with margarine, it was enough, the pancakes do not stick. Bake pancakes on both sides.

Serve with cream and jam.
