Gentle, soft and fragrant cupcake simply can not please. Very tasty with tea or coffee and this cupcake can be used as the basis for a cake or dessert in a glass.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sift flour, mix it with the salt, baking soda and ginger. Whisk softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy, add the honey and egg. Stir well. I used ground ginger instead of fresh, so I added it at this stage.
Stir in cream and honey mixture first, two tablespoons of flour mixture, then the rest. Pour a thin stream of milk and mix well.
Turn batter into tin and bake 35 - 45 minutes. Make sure the cupcake is cooked in the middle. Leave in tin for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on wire rack.
For baking I used a dark honey, so the cake turned out with a smooth color transition from dark to lighter.
