Cheese and mushroom pie
Recipe shared by my grandmother. She baked this pie exclusively for the holidays. So I decided to bake for Easter. Very tasty, tender cake with a rich taste. Searched through the Internet, this recipe does not seen, so I put it here, because I think pie is worthy of your attention:) must try!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

Margarine chop, mix with the flour. Add sour cream and to extinguish soda.

Meanwhile, the mushrooms grind in a meat grinder or blender. To the state of the mushroom caviar. If you have raw mushrooms or frozen like I have, then pre-fry them in the pan, salted to taste.

Finely chop the onion and put in a pan, add the chopped mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil. Processed cheese grate and add to the pan with the mushrooms. I just broke the cheese into small pieces and put in pan. Bring to a homogeneous mass, so the cheese is completely melted. Cool.

To mix one raw egg to the mass and stir each time. The recipe requires 4 eggs in the filling, to me it is large, so it took me 3. You see, the filling should be slightly watery.
